I am really happy with your service, it is exceptional, SMD is just great. When I have a question they answer it at once, they have more than an outstanding customer service. After having a bad experience with my old Web Designer Company, I would say that SMD people are very professional and their knowledge is incredible, they also solve problems very fast, I am impressed. I recommend SMD to all my customers, friends and clients.
Thank you for your patience and your great job.

Web design isn’t art. It involves a whole collection of different skills — from copywriting and typography to layout and art — all fused together to create an interface that not only features a pleasant aesthetic but that communicates function and facilitates easy access to its content.!
A website isn’t a piece of art; it’s an interface that serves a function. That function may be to sell products, to deliver informational content, to entertain, to inform or to provide access to a service.
Whatever that function is, the design must focus on fulfilling it. Goals are also important, especially if it is a redesign. The audience will play a big role in how the website should look and function. There are many demographics that can influence the design, like age, gender, profession and technical competency.
The main gist of strategic design is simply common sense: you’re making something for a specific purpose, so of course it should fulfill that purpose through its design. But it is actually very easy to lose track of your goals and end up with something that is beautiful but ultimately doesn’t work in its context.
A lot of designers tend to get a little too inspired by the latest trends and then implement them without thinking first about what sort of image they really should be conveying. Glossy buttons, gradients and reflective floors may work for some websites, but they may not be right for your brand.
Search engine optimization and search engine marketing are highly specialized fields and require a substantial investment of time to learn. But SEO and/or SEM campaigns can provide great leverage to small businesses and as a result, should not be ignored.

YouTube says you have a total of 15 seconds for your video to engage your viewer, at which point they decide whether to stick with your video or jump ship to your competitor’s video.
Create videos that allow your target the ability to share the videos with other decision makers. One of the great things about internet video is there is no shortage of ideas to help inspire your video to greatness.
When it comes to distribution in social media, start with YouTube and Facebook. Make sure your videos are optimized for search. This way, when your target is searching for a solution, they find you. Don’t forget to use the content beyond social media.
In this video I interview Steve Garfield, who is the author of the book Get Seen: Online Video Secrets to Building Your Business. Steve shares insights into how video can give your company a competitive advantage. He also shares tips on how to get started and what to look out for in the future.
Great design in portfolio or company profile website can give more credibility in running a business, and typography is one of the most powerful tools
Since digitization, typography has spread to a wider ranger of applications, appearing on web pages, LCD mobile phone screens, and hand-held video games.
Clever graphic designers love to use typography to explore the interaction between the look of type and what type actually says.
The beauty of typography has no borders. While most of us work with the familiar Latin alphabet, international projects usually require quite extensive knowledge about less familiar writing systems from around the world. The aesthetics and structure of such designs can be strongly related to the shape and legibility of the letterforms, so learning about international writing systems will certainly help you create more attractive and engaging Web designs.
Clever graphic designers love to use typography to explore the interaction between the look of type and what type actually says. In communicating a message, a balance has to be achieved between the visual and the verbal aspects of a design.

Midnight Message Delivery on New Year's Eve.
Midnight on New Year’s Eve has passed.
Friends were able to wish each other a happy new year with a private message that was delivered to their Facebook inbox at exactly midnight on December 31.
New year — new goals. This month we look at the objectives people are dedicating themselves to in 2013 and, just as importantly, the ways they're keeping themselves motivated.
We start at the Dawn Wall, a sheer granite cliff comprising part of Yosemite National Park's El Capitan. There, Tommy Caldwell attempts to find a route up the 3,000 foot wall—one of world's most difficult climbs.
Free-climbing means Caldwell can't rely on anything more than a rope and safety gear to help in his ascent—there's no assistive device allowed to aid in surmounting of the Dawn Wall's staggering overhangs.
For January, our friends at Instagram used their Weekend Hashtag Project to ask people to take and tag photos that illustrate their goals for this year. We've collected some of our favorites and reached out to hear the stories behind the photos and the goals that drive them.
Art director Ellen (@efithian) set a goal for herself last New Year's: creating an origami crane each day for an entire year. It was a challenge in discovery and creativity (she encloses a different quotation inside every crane), as well as new technology. She learned to navigate Instagram and Facebook, using her Page, 366 Cranes, to raise money for the Shiba Inu Rescue of Texas.
With help from friends and family, the cranes landed on six continents, 23 countries, 33 states and over 120 cities. A year later and an international fanbase stronger, she's decided to keep the project going with a new goal of 1,000 cranes.
Tommy Caldwell's dad introduced him to rock climbing at the age of 3 and by 16, Tommy was a world champion.
For the last 5 years, Tommy has been attempting to climb a shear 3000-foot rock face that many consider the most difficult free climb ever attempted. How do you stay motivated on such a climb? See how Tommy was able to bring the encouragement of his friends, family and fans along for the ride.
